How to Use a LoloBuy Spreadsheet: Search, Compare and Check

This workflow turns a spreadsheet from a link list into a repeatable decision record before you continue to a live product database.

01

Search by decision, not curiosity

Begin with a product type plus one checkable trait: measurements, material, colour, plug type or capacity. Broad terms create noise. Specific words make it easier to see why a product was saved and whether it still matches your requirement.

02

Open the original listing

Before adding an entry, confirm the live title, selected option, visible price and seller page. Save the date. A spreadsheet can point to a listing, but it cannot keep an option available or stop a seller description from changing later.

03

Mark what is still unknown

Use statuses such as researching, compare again, needs clarification and not proceeding. Keep unknown information visible instead of estimating it. That is especially important when a price, size chart, warehouse update or destination option changes the whole decision.

04

Re-check before any order step

Read the current listing and account screen again before acting. Product availability, seller response, warehouse processing and parcel choices may change. The sheet should support that check, never replace it.
